Fulltime permanent position opening in our accounting/payroll department due to anticipated retirement. Successful individual will be responsible for reviewing and entering weekly payroll for up to 200 employees during the busy construction season. Additional tasks include subcontract management, answering phones, scanning, data entry in Excel, accounting software and other applications. General office duties including filing, printing and helping other staff. 40 hours per week. Overtime is optional. Rate of pay is based on qualifications and experience. Candidate must be able to pay extreme attention to detail. Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Minimum of two-year business-related degree, and at least two years of accounting and/or payroll experience.
